Return and Refund Policy

Note: This detailed policy supplements Clause 4 of the Terms and Conditions

1. General Overview

At Vouchervest, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your digital purchases. Due to the nature of digital products, our policy aligns with the CPA and industry standards.

2. Unredeemed / Unviewed Products

If you have purchased a product but have not yet viewed, redeemed, or "claimed" the key:

  • Timeframe: You must request the refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: The key must remain in its original, unviewed state.
  • Unavailability: If we are unable to supply the goods you ordered, we will refund you in full within 30 days.

3. Redeemed / Viewed Products

Once a key has been viewed or redeemed, it is non-refundable unless:

  • The key is proven to be invalid or used prior to purchase.
  • The key is technically defective.

4. Refund Methods

  • Store Credit: Immediate.
  • Original Payment Method: 5-10 business days.
